Giveaway & Competition Rules

These general rules apply to every giveaway and competition we run on our website and social media, unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion.

Eligibility

Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. Entry is free and is not dependent on any purchase or use of our services.

How to enter

Entry instructions are given on each individual giveaway or competition — usually by following, liking, sharing or commenting on the relevant Facebook or Instagram post. Each person may enter once per promotion; likes, comments and shares on other posts do not count as additional entries.

Winners & prizes

Unless stated otherwise, winners are chosen at random from all valid entries after the closing date and are notified directly by social media message or email. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. Any taxes or fees associated with a prize are the winner's responsibility.

If a winner does not respond within two weeks of being contacted, the prize may be forfeited and re-drawn.

Data protection

We collect only the information needed to run each giveaway or competition and to contact winners — typically a name and a social media handle or email address. This information is not used for marketing unless you separately opt in, and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
